1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Writelyf Inc, a private company incorporated in India and operating globally, and you (“you”), regarding your access to and use of our websites, mobile apps, APIs, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using Writelyf, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Writelyf Inc offers AI-powered digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Medical and wellness intake interfaces
• AI-generated SOAP reports
• Health referrals
• Electronic ID systems and records
• Content generation, storage, and data analytics platforms

3. LEGAL CAPACITY & JURISDICTION

You affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be exclusively subject to the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Writelyf Inc reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, code, algorithms, and software on Writelyf are the sole property of Writelyf Inc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Interfere with security or functionality
• Harvest or misuse user data
• Bypass controls or verification mechanisms
• Use AI content as medical advice without licensed oversight

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

6. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

By using our Services, you agree to data collection and processing as per our Privacy Policy. Data may be stored securely in India or abroad. We comply with:

• DPDP Act, 2023 (India)
• HIPAA (USA), where applicable
• GDPR (EU), where applicable

Writelyf does not sell personal data to third parties.

7. DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a specific purpose, or medical appropriateness. Writelyf is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not replace professional medical advice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Writelyf Inc and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
• Personal harm from reliance on AI content

Total liability is limited to INR ₹1,000 or equivalent in your currency.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Writelyf Inc, its founders, officers, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from:

• Misuse of Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Intellectual property violations
• Medical misuse or regulatory breaches

10. TERMINATION

Writelyf may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violations or legal risk. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall take place in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The award shall be final.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Writelyf Inc. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid.
